Current Question Count: ~394

After a long journey of collecting questions and a great deal of research into what makes a character, I'm finally ready to roll out my current progress on this character dossier. As far as my research goes, this is easily one of the most comprehensive character sheets around and it will proceed to grow as more and more attributes are added. It's so big, in fact, that you'll probably have trouble filling the entire thing for any single character. But don't worry, you probably won't need most of the questions here for your story anyway. If the task seems a little daunting, you may wish to fill out the sheet to describe your own self before taking a shot at your characters. Just don't post that one online. That's how identity thieves steal you.

My only rules for using this sheet are that you don't claim any portion of the sheet as your own, and that you link back to this deviation in the comments of your upload, whether or not it's on deviantART. Not only will this make it easier for your friends to fill out the sheet for themselves, but as long as you post it back to deviantART, it will also notify me where it has been used so I can give it a look myself. I find it fun reading what you all are up to with your own stories!

If you'd like to see an example, there is an outdated and unfinished character sheet for my pony OC Cloud Control. If you still prefer the old version of the sheet, I still have it available on my sta.sh [here], where it will no longer be updated. If you have any question, be sure to check the descriptions on that sheet first. If those don't help, don't be afraid to ask me!

This sheet isn't and probably won't ever be "finished", so if you think of anything you think should be added, let me know! I'm happy to add contributions to the sheet!

I've also released a supplementary Google Document the gives extremely detailed explanations of each attribute. It's currently very bare, but it will be filled in as time goes on. I'm absolutely open to any suggestions you might have concerning it!

FAQ:
Q: Why does this version have fewer questions than the first one?
A: This version of the sheet actually does have more questions than the last one. The reason the official count is lower is because I've stopped counting each individual "favorite" and "least favorite" as its own question since it seemed a little like cheating to use them all. The size of this sheet still speaks for itself without them.

Q: Can I have access to the Google Document?
A: No. You probably mean well and I do appreciate that, but whether it's that or you just misunderstood what requesting access to the document means, I probably won't ever accept any of these requests. As it stands, it's important to me that this remain a solo project. If you meant to ask for permission to use the document to flesh out your characters, there's no need to ask permission. This was made for you to use. My only rules are that you leave a link back to this sheet if you post yours anywhere and that you do not claim any portion of the sheet as your own.
